I am pleased to announce Alaina Nathaniel, our Behavior Support Specialist, as our February Staff Member of the Month.
Alaina consistently jumps right in to support students as they work through their emotions and challenging moments. Her calm presence, patience, and ability to connect with students helps them regulate their emotions and return to learning with confidence. She never hesitates to step in when a student needs support and always does so with empathy, respect, and a solutions-focused mindset. Our students and staff benefit daily from Alaina’s dedication, compassion, and unwavering commitment to students.
